Community Guidelines

FounderNet is a space for entrepreneurs, artists, and builders to find their people and build their future — together. These guidelines keep it that way. They're simple, and they come down to one idea: treat this like a community you'd want to belong to.

The spirit of this place

Give more than you take. The best members show up to help, not just to be helped. Answer a question, make an intro, share what you learned. It comes back around.

Celebrate each other. Someone shipped, launched, or hit a milestone? Cheer for them. Wins are contagious here.

Ask for help freely. Stuck, lost, or in over your head? That's what this community is for. Vulnerability is welcome — nobody here has it all figured out.

Share what you're building. We want to see your work, your progress, your behind-the-scenes. Building in public is encouraged.

Assume good intent. We're a mix of backgrounds, stages, and industries. Lead with curiosity and generosity.

What's not okay

Spam and relentless self-promotion. Sharing what you're building is great. Dropping the same link in every thread, cold-pitching members in DMs, or treating the community like an ad board is not. A good rule: contribute far more than you promote.

Harassment, hate, or discrimination. Zero tolerance. No attacks based on race, gender, religion, orientation, nationality, or anything else. Disagree respectfully or not at all.

Sharing others' private information. What's shared in FounderNet stays in FounderNet. Don't screenshot, repost, or expose other members without permission.

Scams, dishonesty, or bad-faith deals. This is a place to build trust. Misrepresenting yourself, your work, or any offer breaks it for everyone.

Off-topic noise. Keep it relevant to building, creating, and entrepreneurship. This isn't the place for politics, spam, or unrelated content.

How we handle issues

We're a small, growing community, and we'd rather have a conversation than hand out penalties. If something crosses a line, we may reach out, remove content, or — in serious cases — remove a member. We do it to protect the space for everyone.
